1 - Does Bloom Power have a physical store?
No. Bloom Power Shop is an online store.

2 - What are the payment methods?
Currently the payment methods available at checkout are:

  • Credit card
  • PIX

3 - Can the purchase be paid in installments?
Yes. For purchases paid by Credit Card, installments are available in up to 3 interest-free installments.

4 - Does Bloom Power have a pick-up point?
No. Only purchase online with shipping via the Post Office.

5 - What are the shipping methods and delivery times?
We currently have the following shipping methods:

  • Post office: SEDEX and PAC.

We will dispatch your products within 4 working days, and delivery times from this date onwards vary according to the destination location.

During checkout we will inform you of an estimated deadline, which is linked to the Correios deadline system.

You will receive all tracking information for your orders by email. Don't forget to check frequently. If the order is not delivered due to absence, it will be returned to our stock and reshipment will be charged (even in cases of free shipping).
