Exchanges
If the product you received is in perfect condition, intact and without defects, but you want to exchange it for another product from our store after receiving it at your home, that's fine!
Please contact us by email within two days of receiving the product and we will look into what can be done. It is important to note that the product must not have been used and must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
It is worth noting that, in this case, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the details of the exchange will be agreed upon by email.
Returns
If you, a Bloom customer, received your little bundle of love with Bloom Power products in perfect condition, but still decided that you don't want to keep them, you can return them, as long as you follow the rules below:
- Notification regarding the return must be made within 3 days after receiving the product at your address, by email.
- The product must be returned to the Bloom Power stock address in perfect condition, with the original packaging complete and without signs of use.
After the return, we will analyze the product and packaging. If it is in perfect condition, the purchase amount will be fully refunded to you within 5 days.
This rule applies after the cooling-off period (art. 49 CDC).
Involuntary Return by Post
If the order is returned by the Post Office with the status "invalid address", "unknown recipient", "moved", "owner not found" or similar situation, the cost of resending will be charged to the consumer.
