Credit Card and PIX
Currently, for payments with PIX and Credit Card, we use our partners at Pagar.me, one of the main payment intermediaries in Brazil, in a transparent manner on our website.
Payment by Credit Card can be made in up to 3 interest-free installments. Simply indicate the option during checkout.
Payment via PIX is valid for 30 minutes after the purchase. After this period, the PIX key expires and the order is canceled, requiring a new purchase.
If the payment is not identified, your order will be automatically cancelled.
IMPORTANT: The deadline for dispatching your products only begins after payment confirmation.
SHIPPING METHODS
Your product can be sent via the Post Office, SEDEX or PAC.
International posts too, sending to all globe.
Attention: The posting period is up to 6 business days after payment confirmation.
Values
The calculation of the SEDEX or PAC value is done automatically at the time of checkout. Our store has strategic partnerships with these logistics companies, guaranteeing the best price on the market.
Term
Delivery times vary depending on the location provided at checkout. The platform will provide an estimated delivery time.
After payment approval, the product will be posted within 6 business days.
As soon as your product is posted, you will be informed and will receive the tracking code and the link for tracking.
Remember to always check the progress of your shipment! The Post Office will make up to 2 delivery attempts at the final destination. If there is no one to receive the product, it will be returned to Bloom Power, and a new shipping fee will be charged, even for orders with free shipping.
