Exchanges and Returns


The product you received is in perfect condition, intact, without any defects, however, after receiving it at home, do you want to exchange it for another product from our store? All good!

Contact us by email, within a maximum period of two days after receiving the product, and we will analyze what can be done. However, it is very important to highlight that the product must not have been used and must be returned in the original packaging and in perfect condition.

It is also worth noting that, in this case, shipping is the responsibility of the customer and details will be agreed via email.


You Bloom customer, you received your little package of love, with our Bloom Power products, without any defect, however, you still decided that you don't want to keep it, you can return it, but you need to follow the rules below:

  • Notification regarding the return must be made within 3 days after receiving the product at your address, via email;
  • The product must be returned to Bloom Power's stock address in perfect condition, with complete original packaging and no signs of use.

After making the return, we will analyze the product and packaging, if it is in perfect condition, the purchase price will be fully refunded to you within 5 days.

This rule applies after the repentance period (art. 49 CDC).

Involuntary Return Post Office

If the order is returned by the Post Office with a status of "invalid address", "recipient unknown", "moved", "owner not found" or similar situation, the consumer will be charged the return shipping cost.
